My name is Mrs. Kelsey Wilbourn. I graduated from Delta State University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I am married to my husband Todd and we have two children.

This will be my sixth year at Highland Elementary. I previously taught 4th and 5th grade math and science. I am so excited about being your child's teacher and cannot wait to see how they learn and grow this year. I believe that learning is an adventure and should be fun yet challenging each and every day. It is my goal to make sure that your child cannot get enough of school.
