12th Grade Administrator, 2020-2021 Academic Year

It's a brand new day at Ridgeland High School!  This is my second year as an assistant principal at RHS.  In 2020-21, I will be working primarily with 12th grade students and the math department.  Prior to moving to Ridgeland, I served as assistant principal at Oak Grove High School (Hattiesburg) for 5 years and South Jones High School (Ellisville) for 3 years.  I also taught math for 8 years in Hattiesburg, Forrest County, and Petal before becoming an administrator.

I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Millsaps College in 1994, Master of Education from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2010, Specialist in Education from William Carey University in 2016, and Doctor of Education from William Carey University in 2018.

My wife Deanna teaches Algebra I  and Algebra III at RHS, and we have two amazing daughters who attend Old Town Middle School and Highland Elementary School.

I was raised in Brookhaven, MS and Niles, OH, but have made my home in Mississippi since 2002.  I love being part of a school with such high expectations for students, teachers, and administrators.  It's a great day to be a TITAN!
