"Art is not what you see, but what you allow others
to see."-Degas
My name is Lisa Dunlap. I have a seventeen-year-old son named Kaleb. Kaleb will be a senior at GHS this school year. We live in Flora, MS. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design from Mississippi College. I have worked fifteen plus years in the Design field. I have had the honor of having my designs published in Mississippi Magazine.
After working previously for three years at Ethan Allen, as Design Manager, my priorities changed with God's direction. Art is my sole passion! I want to make a difference in the lives of my students. In August 2015, I graduated with a Master’s in Teaching Arts from Mississippi College. I have previously taught at Pisgah Elementary and Hartfield Academy. I am excited about my eleventh year teaching Art at Germantown High School. I am starting my sixth year as Head Coach of the Mavs Varsity and JV Tennis Teams.
My son and I are members of Colonial Heights Baptist Church in Ridgeland, MS. I enjoy art, reading, sports, lifting weights, tennis and spending time with my family. GO MAVS!
