Welcome to Rosa Scott and Algebra I.  This is my 6th year at Rosa Scott and my 29th year of teaching. I enjoy helping students excel in algebra and cheering them on as they learn to become critical thinkers and problem-solvers.  I am a graduate of William Carey College where I received both my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and my Master's in Mathematics Education.  I recently celebrated 26 years of marriage to my wonderful husband, Shaun.  We have three fun-loving and adventurous children: Kiersten@ Mississippi College, Keenan @ Mississippi State, and Kent @ GHS. You might have to call me a Maguar or a Javerick, as I'm often found wearing my Rosa orange and blue while cheering on my youngest in soccer or tennis.

• pencils (extra lead if mechanical)
