FAQs and Resources Regarding School Closure

Our technology department has been working around the clock to prepare for Chromebook distribution on Thursday, March 26th. These devices are available for checkout to students who do not have access to Canvas at home through a personal device. 

If you registered for Chromebook checkout for your student at Madison Middle School, please come to campus on Thursday, March 26th, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to pick up the device. Devices for Madison Middle School students must be picked up at our campus, not at any other location. 

Because these Chromebooks are publicly-owned devices, the registered student must be present at check out and accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult listed in SAM. That adult will need to bring a government issued ID. We have posted a list of these requirements and frequently asked questions on our district website under the school closure information (link below). Please double-check to make sure you have everything you need so that checkout will go as smoothly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
