Fitness Intervals

  1. Today we did a Family Hike! I Challenge you to have you family join you for a hike, walk, bike ride or run… 
  2. Let's start our instant activities. Remember, you can do 1 to 3 sets of all exercises below. Challenge yourself! 
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 45 Squats; 15 Regular, 15 Lifting Heals and 15 Jump Squats
  • 10 Giant Steps (Lunges)
  • 120 Seconds Planks
  • 10 Forward Jumps
