MUES Instant Activity at Home!

 

*****This instant activity is for the entire family!*****

Fitness Intervals:

  1. 10-15 min walk or jog as part of your warm-up. 
  2. Let's start our instant activities. Remember, you can do 1 to 3 sets of all exercises below. Challenge yourself! 
    • 30 Squats
    • 30 Mountain climbers 
    • 10 Lunges
    • 40 Crunches; First 20 at single count and last 20 with Double Count
    • 20 Side Sit-Ups
