Fitness Intervals:

  1. 10-15 min walk or jog as part of your warm-up. 
  2. Let's start our instant activities. Remember, you can do 1 to 3 sets of all exercises below. Challenge yourself!

    • 40 Scissors
    • 2 Minute Planks
