How to Register:
- You must sign in with your Blackboard (MCS website) account.
- If you do not have one, you must obtain a Blackboard (MCS website) account. Click here to create an account.
- If you have a Blackboard account, please sign-in and click the link below to register for the desired time slot.
April 5th from 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
NOTE: THERE IS NO "WAITING LIST"!!! PLEASE DO NOT CLICK "WAITING LIST" TO REGISTER! YOU MUST SELECT A DIFFERENT TIME SLOT.

You will receive a confirmation email once you're registered.
What to bring and expect on registration day?
LBE requests that you come alone to limit the number of people on campus, wear a mask during the process and bring your own pen.
Be sure to bring the following documents:
- Student's certified birth certificate (original)
- Student's Mississippi Immunization Form 121 (original from your doctor's office)
- Student's Social Security Card (copy)
- Proof of residency (copy of mortgage document, filed homestead exemption, property deed, property tax notice, closing statement, or current lease agreement)
One (1) current utility bill (copy of gas, water, electric, cable, or internet bill) showing residence property address
- Signed Affidavit of Residency
