E-mail Settings for Android Phones

• Select "Settings"

• Select "Accounts"

• Select "Add Account"

• Select "Microsoft Exchange"

• Enter your email address

• Enter your e-mail password

• Select "Next"

• Select the features to synchronize.  If you synchronize the calendar and contacts, it may erase what's currently stored on the phone.  Once the information is gone, it can't be restored.

• Select "Next"

• Assign a name for your account.  For example, "Exchange" vs. "MCS E-mail" vs. "Student E-mail" etc.

• Done
