    Welcome to Acc English II and AP Literature and Composition (English IV)! I am so excited about this school year! This is my thirteenth year to be a Jaguar, and it has been fabulous! Please let me know if I can help you or your child in any way throughout this year! Being a jaguar is so much fun; I hope I can help make this an even more successful year!! Go Jags!!

    About the Teacher

    My name is Monica Johnson. My family and I became residents of Madison County in July of 2011. This is my twelfth year at Madison Central and my 26th year to be an English teacher. My career began in Bassfield, MS, then I moved back to my hometown of Pascagoula, MS. I taught 7th - 12th during my 13 years with that district. My husband and I have six children: Zach, Isabelle, McKenna, Karly, Drew, and Jack; and we have one grandson, Crue.
