Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am Dr. Tangia Miller. I received a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Jackson State University, a second bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from Mississippi State University, and a Masters's in Mathematics Education from Mississippi State University. Also, I received my Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University. My husband James and I, together, are the proud parents of eight children who are all grown and gone.  We are empty-nesters that anxiously look forward to spending as much quality time as we can with our children and children who reside both here in Mississippi and a few other states.

I encourage each parent to sign up to be an observer of your son's/daughter's Canvas course page so you may stay informed about concepts and objectives being covered in class and to be well-informed when assignments are due and when quizzes/tests are scheduled.
