Madison County Schools Student Enrollment
RETURNING OTM /STUDENTS FROM HES
- One of the following in the parent’s name:
- Mortgage Document
- Deed
- Homestead Exemption
- Rental or Lease Agreement (all occupants must be listed on the agreement and agreement must be current)
- One bill in the parent’s name showing the street address and dated within the last 60 days:
- Water
- Gas
- Electric
- Cable/internet
- A “Special Affidavit of Residence” is required when a student resides with their parent or guardian in a home or apartment not owned or leased in the name of the parent or guardian. Click here to learn more about the Special Affidavit of Residence.
- All 7th graders must have a Tdap vaccine on their MS 121 Form

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year will begin March 23rd - May 3rd from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT EMAILS.
**If you own your home, you must provide one utility bill (electric, water, gas or internet/cable). NO CELLPHONE BILLS WILL BE ACCCEPTED. NO DISCONNECT NOTICES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
**If you lease an apartment, you must submit a current signed lease agreement that lists your student/students as occupants. This lease must be good through August 31, 2024. One utility bill is required (electric, water, gas or internet/cable). NO CELLPHONE BILLS WILL BE ACCCEPTED. NO DISCONNECT NOTICES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This bill must clearly show the street address and the name of the Lessee must match the name on the bill.
