Hi! My name is Jessica Heath, and I am a resource teacher for 6th graders. This is my tenth year as a teacher, and I am beyond excited to be a part of your child's middle school journey. I attended Old Town as a student during the school's first two years of existence, and I graduated from Madison Central High School. I have a bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University, and I have been married for seventeen years. My husband and I have three children. Our boys are 14 and 10, and our daughter is 6. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, and cheering for the Mississippi State Bulldogs. I also love to watch my sons play soccer. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child. If you ever have a question or concern, please do not hesitate to contact me.
In my classroom I stress the importance of hard work and have asked your students to help me help them. Please understand that not all homework requires written responses....they can ALWAYS review. I have high expectations, and I want nothing less than the best from your child. I will do my best for them and for you!
