    Welcome back to school! I look forward to having a great year with you. 

    About the Teacher

    My name is Amber Jones and I teach Biology I and Foundations to Biology. My daughter and I moved here from Tupelo, MS. Ella Burke is 7 years old and is a firecracker. She is starting 2nd grade at Madison Crossing this year! 

    I graduated in 2001 from the Mississippi University for Women with a B.S. in Microbiology. I worked in both quality control and R&D labs for several years before going back to school for my teaching certification in 2009. I received my Master's in Education from Arkansas State University in 2015.
     
    Awesome things are taking place here and I am grateful to be a part of it! Proud to be a MAVERICK!
